EX3ME Record Rules

The official standards and methodology for EX3ME verified records.

1. Record Eligibility

Any attempt that meets the specific discipline rules and is performed in compliance with EX3ME standards may be submitted for verification. Records must be attempted under conditions that can be independently verified.

2. Evidence Requirements

All record attempts must include video evidence captured at a minimum of 60fps, with multiple camera angles preferred. Photo evidence is required as supplementary documentation. Measurement instruments must be visible and calibrated.

3. Witness Requirements

A minimum of two independent witnesses is required for all record attempts. Witnesses must provide written testimony and contact information. At least one witness should be a recognized sports official or professional.

4. Measurement Standards

All measurements must be taken using calibrated instruments. Digital measurement tools must be certified. Manual measurements require two independent measurements within 1% tolerance.

5. Verification Process

Submitted records are reviewed by a minimum of two EX3ME verification officers. Complex records may be escalated to a specialist panel. The verification team has up to 10 business days to complete their review.

6. Appeal Process

Athletes may appeal a rejection within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by a senior panel. New evidence may be submitted with an appeal.

7. Record History

When a record is broken, the previous record is preserved in the EX3ME archive. All historical records remain part of the permanent database.

8. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate evidence, provide false information, or circumvent EX3ME verification standards will result in permanent disqualification from the EX3ME platform.
